Our Lamb's Liver & Bacon is a traditional British favourite, featuring tender lamb's liver and smoky bacon in a rich, savoury onion gravy. Served with creamy colcannon mash and buttery crushed carrot and swede, it's handmade in Devon and frozen for freshness for a hearty, comforting meal.

Lamb Liver, Potato, Water, Swede, Carrots, Onions, Butter [Milk], Smoked Bacon (Pork (88%), Water, Salt, Preservative: Sodium Nitrate), Spinach, Spring Onions, Gluten Free Plain Flour (Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Maize Starch. Buckwheat Flour), Tomato Paste, Lamb Meat Concentrate, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Salt, Dried Glucose Syrup, Modified Starch, Vegetable Concentrates (Onion, Garlic & Carrot), Emulsifier Mono And Diglycerides Of Fatty Acids, Herb Oils (Nutmeg, Rosemary And Thyme).

Cooking Instructions
From frozen:
Oven
- Preheat oven to 180°C (170°C Fan).
- Remove outer packaging.
- Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
- Cook from frozen for approximately 45-50 minutes.
- Ensure the meal is piping hot throughout before serving.
- Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.
Microwave (Recommended)
- 700W – approximately 11 minutes
- 800W – approximately 10 minutes
- 900W – approximately 9 minutes
