Bryan Mitchell
Bryan is the culinary heart of Devon Farm Kitchen. Passionate about great food and local produce, he takes pride in creating meals that are both nourishing and full of flavour.
Throughout his career, Bryan has worked with high-quality ingredients and developed a reputation for producing consistently excellent food. His experience has even included cooking for the Duke of Edinburgh – a highlight that reflects the high standards he brings to every dish.
Today, Bryan leads our kitchen team, carefully overseeing the preparation of every meal and continually developing new recipes inspired by the best seasonal ingredients Devon has to offer.
Mark Bhattachary
Mark is Bryan's trusted wingman in the kitchen, helping to ensure every meal that leaves Devon Farm Kitchen meets our high standards. From preparing ingredients and slicing meats to carefully portioning meals and adding the finishing touches, Mark plays an important role in the production of every dish.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality, Mark helps maintain the consistency and care that our customers have come to expect. Working closely with Bryan, he takes pride in ensuring each meal is prepared with the same attention and dedication as if it were being served at home.
Away from the kitchen, Mark is a lifelong Arsenal supporter and can often be found following the Gunners whenever he gets the chance. Fortunately for the rest of the team, his football opinions don't influence the menu!
Adrian Clune
Adrian keeps Devon Farm Kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing stock and logistics to coordinating deliveries, he ensures our customers receive the service they can depend on.
With a practical approach and an eye for detail, Adrian oversees the day-to-day operations that allow our kitchen and delivery teams to work seamlessly together.
Whether he's organising deliveries, supporting the warehouse team or solving unexpected challenges, Adrian is committed to maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
