Every meal is carefully prepared by our chefs here in Devon using quality ingredients and delivered with care by our friendly team.

We're proud of what we do, and we want every customer to feel completely confident when ordering from us.

If Something Isn't Quite Right

Whilst we work hard to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that occasionally things don't go to plan.

If a meal arrives damaged, a product is missing, or you're unhappy with any aspect of your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Our team will always do their best to put things right quickly and fairly.

Damaged Meals or Crockery

In the unlikely event that meals arrive damaged or do not meet our usual high standards, we will happily investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.

If any ceramic plates or bowls arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can organise a replacement.

We're a Devon-based family business and believe customer service should be personal.

When you contact us, you'll speak to a member of our team who genuinely wants to help.
