Our Mixed Bean Chilli & Basmati Rice is a hearty vegetarian favourite, packed with red kidney beans and black-eyed beans in a rich, smoky tomato sauce. Blended with warming spices, peppers and a hint of chilli, then served with fluffy basmati rice and a swirl of soured cream, it's handmade in Devon and frozen for freshness for a deliciously satisfying meal.

Cooking Instructions

From frozen:

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (170°C Fan).
  2. Remove outer packaging.
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
  4. Cook from frozen for approximately 45-50 minutes.
  5. Ensure the meal is piping hot throughout before serving.
  6. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

Microwave (Recommended)

  • 700W – approximately 9 minutes
  • 800W – approximately 8 minutes
  • 900W – approximately 7 minutes
