Our Beef Bourguignon is a timeless French classic, featuring slow-cooked braising steak in a rich red wine sauce with baby onions, mushrooms, carrots and leeks. Infused with garlic, thyme and bay leaves, every bite is deeply savoury, tender and full of comforting flavour. Handmade in Devon and frozen for freshness, it's a hearty ready meal that's perfect for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Braising steak, red wine, dried onion, whole baby onion, mushrooms, leeks, carrots, pork (5%), tomato paste, wheatflour (with added calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), thyme, garlic, butter [Milk], bay leaf, salt.

Cooking Instructions

From frozen:

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (180°C Fan).
  2. Remove outer packaging.
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
  4. Cook from frozen for approximately 45-50 minutes.
  5. Ensure the meal is piping hot throughout before serving.
  6. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

Microwave (Recommended)

  • 700W – approximately 8 minutes
  • 800W – approximately 7 minutes
  • 900W – approximately 6 & 1/2 minutes
