Description

Our Brixham Fish Pie is a comforting coastal classic, made with white fish and naturally smoked haddock in a rich, creamy sauce with leeks & peas. Topped with buttery mashed potato and a hint of lemon and parsley. Handmade by our chefs here in Devon and frozen for freshness for a deliciously satisfying meal.

Cooking Instructions

From frozen:

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (170°C Fan).
  2. Remove outer packaging.
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
  4. Cook from frozen for approximately 60-70 minutes.
  5. Ensure the meal is piping hot throughout before serving.
  6. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

Microwave (Recommended)

  • 700W – approximately 12 minutes
  • 800W – approximately 11 minutes
  • 900W – approximately 10 & 1/2 minutes

Microwave cooking times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on your appliance.

A good portion, would have like a little more fish. I added grated cheese to the potato to give more taste. More than enough peas.
