Cook in a preheated oven from frozen
Oven Temp 190 degrees C
Oven Temp if fan assisted 180 degrees C
Gas Mark 5
Gas Mark if Fan assisted 4
COOKING TIME 45-50 minutes

Microwave instructions:

700 watts: 8 mins
800 watts: 7 mins
900 watts: 6 mins
Stand for 2 minutes
