Our Pot Roast Venison with Potato Gratin & Vegetables features tender British venison slow-cooked in a rich red wine and redcurrant gravy, served with creamy potato gratin and a selection of seasonal vegetables. Finished with rosemary and garlic, it's handmade in Devon and frozen for freshness for a hearty, restaurant-quality meal.

Cooking Instructions

From frozen:

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (170°C Fan).
  2. Remove outer packaging.
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
  4. Cook from frozen for approximately 50-55 minutes.
  5. Ensure the meal is piping hot throughout before serving.
  6. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

Microwave (Recommended)

  • 700W – approximately 11 minutes
  • 800W – approximately 10 & 1/2 minutes
  • 900W – approximately 10 & 1/2 minutes
