VEGETABLE & TOFU CURRY WITH BASMATI RICE

Disappointed that half of the curry was stuck to bottom of plate and cardboard, had obviously been tilted before being frozen. I did telephone to report this last week.

VEGETABLE & TOFU CURRY WITH BASMATI RICE

It's great to have healthy, plant-based protein on the menu! Very tasty meal. Just the right amount of spice (mild). If the white rice was substituted for the much more nutritious red or black wholegrain rice, it would be a 5* meal.
