Our Ratatouille is a vibrant Mediterranean side dish, made with aubergine, courgettes, peppers and onions slow-cooked in a rich tomato sauce with garlic and basil. Handmade in Devon and frozen for freshness, it's bursting with fresh, rustic flavours and pairs perfectly with meat, fish or vegetarian dishes.

Cooking Instructions
From frozen:
Oven
- Preheat oven to 190°C (180°C Fan).
- Remove outer packaging.
- Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
- Cook from frozen for approximately 45-50 minutes.
- Ensure the meal is piping hot throughout before serving.
- Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.
Microwave (recommended)
- 700W – approximately 8 minutes
- 800W – approximately 7 minutes
- 900W – approximately 6 minutes
