Braising steak with light herb dumplings

Our Beef Casserole with Dumplings is a hearty British classic, made with tender braising steak, seasonal vegetables and a rich, savoury gravy. Topped with light, fluffy herb dumplings and infused with garlic, rosemary and thyme, it's freshly prepared and cooked here in Torquay.
Cooking Instructions

Oven from frozen: 180°C (fan 170°C), Gas Mark 5, for 60-65 minutes.

Microwave from frozen: 700W 9 mins, 800W 8 mins, 900W 7 mins. Stand for 2 minutes.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat more than once. Appliances vary — this is a guide only.

The Mini Beef Casserole was very tasty with nice tender pieces of beef, vegetables cooked too perfection and the herb dumpling was tasty. Quick tasty meal easy cooked in the microwave.

Delicious but the dumpling was rock hard as found on previous purchases. Being in a small bowl also makes it difficult to cut the rock hard dumpling to a mouth-size to avoid dentures becoming displaced!
