White fish in a creamy parsley sauce

Our fish in parsley sauce features a tender white fish fillet served in a rich, creamy parsley sauce with buttery new potatoes and a colourful medley of green beans, carrots and sweetcorn. Finished with a hint of lemon for added freshness, it's a light yet comforting meal that's freshly prepared and cooked here in Torquay.

Oven from frozen: 180°C (fan 170°C), Gas Mark 5, for 55-60 minutes.

Microwave from frozen: 700W 12 mins, 800W 11 mins, 900W 10 mins. Stand for 2 minutes.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat more than once. Appliances vary — this is a guide only.

Could do with slightly more sauce, but still delicious

White fish, no sauce. The fish was surprisingly tasty vegetables well-cooked as well. Potato’s not so good, skins hard and mushy inside, don’t think potatoes are good for freezing and reheating. Sadly once again the meal was delivered in the new cardboard packaging, which I refuse to eat out of, so I transferred the meal to a warmed plate. Sadly the sauce had been absorbed by the cardboard container so the meal was dry.
