A rich toffee sauce over a date sponge

Our Sticky Toffee Pudding is a classic British dessert, made with a rich, moist sponge packed with sweet dates and finished with a luxurious toffee sauce. Made with cream, butter, molasses sugar and a hint of vanilla, it's freshly prepared and cooked here in Torquay.
Cooking Instructions

Oven from frozen: 180°C (fan 170°C), Gas Mark 5, for 35-40 minutes.

Microwave from frozen: 700W 5 mins, 800W 4 mins, 900W 3.5 mins. Stand for 2 minutes.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat more than once. Appliances vary — this is a guide only.
