We've very pleased to let you know that we have a new member of the team working in our customer service department called Sorcha. We felt that we were missing a little of our personal contact and so we're pleased to let you know that Sorcha is in our office, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 10am - 2pm.
Sorcha has hit the ground running and says about joining DFK:
"I love good food and have always enjoyed providing great customer service, so I was excited to join DFK for the opportunity to put the skills I've gained working in retail and food service to good use, supporting such a worthy enterprise. I've really enjoyed getting to know the friendly team here at DFK and getting to chat to all our lovely customers. It's fantastic to see the whole process from our chefs working in the kitchen, through to ordering and then delivering our range of meals, and I can't wait to see how we grow into the future."
We're really pleased to have her join the team.
Of course, if you're unable to call between those hours, there will always be someone on hand to answer your call from our friendly out of hours helpline. They will ask you a few more questions, just so that they can ensure that we're delivering to the right person at the right address.
