Apple & cinnamon cake

Our Apple & Cinnamon Cake is a beautifully moist, comforting bake made with sweet apples, tangy Bramley apples and a warming hint of cinnamon. Finished with rich butter and cream for a wonderfully soft texture, it's handmade in Devon and frozen for freshness—perfect served warm with cream, custard or simply enjoyed on its own.

Cooking Instructions

From frozen:

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (170°C Fan).
  2. Remove outer packaging.
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
  4. Cook from frozen for approximately 35-40 minutes.
  5. Ensure the meal is piping hot throughout before serving.
  6. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

Microwave (Recommended)

  • 700W – approximately 2 & 1/2 minutes
  • 800W – approximately 2 & 1/2 minutes
  • 900W – approximately 2 minutes
