Description

Our Lemon Curd Sponge Pudding is a light and fluffy sponge with a bright, zesty lemon flavour and a deliciously soft texture. Made with real lemon juice, zest and peel for a refreshing citrus taste, it's handmade in Devon and frozen for freshness for a comforting dessert served warm with cream, custard or ice cream.

Cooking Instructions

From frozen:

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (170°C Fan).
  2. Remove outer packaging.
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
  4. Cook from frozen for approximately 35-40 minutes.
  5. Ensure the meal is piping hot throughout before serving.
  6. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

Microwave (Recommended)

  • 700W – approximately 2 & 1/2 minutes
  • 800W – approximately 2 & 1/2 minutes
  • 900W – approximately 2 minutes
