Our fish in parsley sauce features a tender white fish fillet served in a rich, creamy parsley sauce with buttery new potatoes and a colourful medley of green beans, carrots and sweetcorn. Finished with a hint of lemon for added freshness, it's a light yet comforting meal that's handmade in Devon and frozen for freshness.

Cooking Instructions

From frozen:

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (170°C Fan).
  2. Remove outer packaging.
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
  4. Cook from frozen for approximately 45-50 minutes.
  5. Ensure the meal is piping hot throughout before serving.
  6. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

Microwave (Recommended)

  • 700W – approximately 9 minutes
  • 800W – approximately 8 & 1/2 minutes
  • 900W – approximately 7 & 1/2 minutes
