Cooking Instructions

From frozen:

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (180°C Fan).
  2. Remove outer packaging.
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
  4. Cook from frozen for approximately 45-50 minutes.
  5. Ensure the meal is piping hot throughout before serving.
  6. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

Microwave (Recommended)

  • 700W – approximately 9 minutes
  • 800W – approximately 8 minutes
  • 900W – approximately 7 minutes
