Cod and king prawns in a saffron tomato broth

Our Catalan Fish Stew brings cod and king prawns together in a tomato and white wine broth with fennel, peppers, garlic and saffron. New potatoes soak up the sauce, and it's freshly prepared and cooked here in Torquay.

From frozen:

Oven

Preheat oven to 190°C (180°C Fan).
Remove outer packaging.
Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
Cook from frozen for approximately 45-50 minutes.
Ensure the meal is piping hot throughout before serving.
Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

Microwave (Recommended)

700W – approximately 9 minutes
800W – approximately 8 minutes
900W – approximately 7 minutes

I love catalonia fish stew and equally smoked haddock chowder. They are so good and with added veggies they both make a marvelous meals. Please don't stop making them. I have had the chicken curry but don't eat chicken unless I have to. They come in dishes which is far better than plastic containers which makes the food taste like canteen food. Thank you to the chef.
