Our Catalan Fish Stew is a vibrant Mediterranean-inspired dish, combining tender cod and succulent king prawns in a rich tomato and white wine broth. Flavoured with fennel, peppers, garlic, and aromatic herbs, it's a beautifully balanced seafood stew that's full of warmth and flavour. Handmade in Devon and frozen for freshness, it's a deliciously satisfying meal.

Cooking Instructions

From frozen:

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (180°C Fan).
  2. Remove outer packaging.
  3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
  4. Cook from frozen for approximately 45-50 minutes.
  5. Ensure the meal is piping hot throughout before serving.
  6. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

Microwave (Recommended)

  • 700W – approximately 9 minutes
  • 800W – approximately 8 minutes
  • 900W – approximately 7 minutes

Microwave cooking times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on your appliance.

I love catalonia fish stew and equally smoked haddock chowder. They are so good and with added veggies they both make a marvelous meals. Please don't stop making them. I have had the chicken curry but don't eat chicken unless I have to. They come in dishes which is far better than plastic containers which makes the food taste like canteen food. Thank you to the chef.
