Oven Temp if fan assisted 180 degrees C

Gas Mark if Fan assisted 4
COOKING TIME 45-50 minutes

Microwave instructions:

700 watts: 9 mins
800 watts: 8 mins
900 watts: 7 mins
Stand for 2 minutes
